Student Visa

Visa Requirements

International students require a valid Student Visa (subclass 500) to study in Australia. You must maintain full-time enrolment and meet attendance requirements as part of your visa conditions.

Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the accepted tests: IELTS 6.0, PTE Academic 50, or Cambridge Advanced 169. Results must be within 2 years of application.

Health Cover

OSHC Insurance

All international students must maintain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their student visa. This covers visits to the doctor, hospital treatment, and some pharmaceuticals.

Follow these steps to begin your studies at Empower International College as an international student.

Check Entry Requirements

Ensure you meet the academic and English language requirements for the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design.

Submit Your Application

Complete the EIC International Enrolment Form and submit it along with your supporting documents to admin@empower.edu.au.

Receive Your Offer

Once assessed, you will receive a Letter of Offer. Accept the offer and pay the required fees to receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Apply for Your Visa

Use your CoE to apply for a Student Visa (subclass 500) through the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Arrange your OSHC insurance.

Arrive & Orientation

Arrive in Australia and attend our comprehensive orientation program. Meet your classmates, explore the campus, and begin your studies.
