The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80120) is an AQF level 8 qualification for senior professionals who apply highly specialised knowledge to lead organisational learning and capability development. It reflects the roles of people who initiate and lead strategic transformation, shape learning and development strategy, and drive innovation across an enterprise.
The core of the program addresses strategic transformation leadership, the development of organisational learning and development strategies, and the implementation of improved learning practice. Our elective stream builds around it a rounded senior-management skill set: leading organisational change, developing and implementing business plans, contributing to organisational performance development, applying critical thinking to complex problems, and leading innovative thinking and practice.
